But the highlight of the Super Bowl was The Weeknd’s halftime performance. He lit up the pandemic-restricted game with his upbeat show, singing his hit numbers in front of a brightly lit cityscape evoking the theme of his newest album, ‘After Hours’.
The 30 year-old Canadian pop star was dressed in a red blazer covered in sequins and even wore the full-face bandages through a few song performances. From ‘Starboy’ to ‘Blinding Lights’, The Weeknd’s show was really something!
