Directed by Ajay Bahl, ‘Section 375’ is an upcoming Bollywood drama-crime film starring Akshaye Khanna, as criminal lawyer Tarun Saluja, Richa Chadha, as public prosecutor Hiral Mehta, Meera Gupta, as the victim, and Rahul Bhat, as a Director Rohan Khurrana in the lead roles.
The film is inspired by a true incident and concentrates on the ill use of Section 375 of Indian Penal Code. The film will depict a case filed against a well-known Bollywood Director for raping a costume assistant who works in his production house.
Yesterday, the filmmakers unveiled the poster of the film which features Akshaye Khanna and Richa Chadha as lawyers in the courtroom. With the poster of the film, the plot of the movie has also been given.

And today, the teaser of the film has been dropped by the filmmakers. The one minute and eleven seconds teaser showcase Richa Chadha as a public prosecutor, putting out statistics of rape cases in India and Akshaye Khanna defending while bombarding with more stats, after which, a black background appears with a voice saying, “Maine kisi ka rape nahi kiya.”
