The para athletes have shown their best in the ongoing national championships ahead of Tokyo Paralympics.
In the ongoing event, the Para powerlifters, Parmjeet Kumar, Manpreet Kaur and Rajinder Singh Rahelu, all won gold medals for pulling off the best show in their respective events.
Moreover, Para swimmer Shams Aalam made a national record at the 20 National Para swimming Championships, being held at Bangalore. The swimmer also clinched two gold medals and one silver in various events. The Limca record holder shared the grand news on his official social media handle along with several pictures from the championship.
