Highlights include the 1 Meter Veg/Lamb Adana Kebab, Shorba Ades, Laham Mishawi, Kozu Lokum Steak, and Hatay Kunefe. Complementing these traditional dishes is an innovative cocktail menu crafted by renowned mixologist Karl Fernandes, promising a refreshing and delightful experience inspired by Mediterranean flavors.

Opa!’s signature dishes offer a delightful culinary journey through Mediterranean flavors, crafted by the esteemed Chef Serdal Cicek and Sous Chef Suneet Bhardwaj. The Truffle Oil Hummus features a creamy chickpea puree blended with tahina, garlic, truffle oil, and shiitake mushrooms, creating a rich and earthy dip. The Chicken Pita Slider presents paprika-marinated deep-fried chicken served in warm pita bread, offering a perfect bite-sized delight. The Adana Kebab, made from minced lamb, red bell pepper, and spices, brings a burst of authentic Turkish flavors. Chef Serdal Cicek, hailing from Istanbul, Turkey, brings 25 years of global culinary experience from Israel, Dubai, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, Greece, and more. His last stint was with Tike Restaurants, a prominent chain in the Middle East. Chef Serdal has also collaborated with renowned chefs like Salt Bae Chef Nusret Gokce and CZN Burak. Chef Suneet Bhardwaj, with 13 years of professional experience, has worked in the USA for 7 years and with renowned brands like ITC, Radisson, Sahara Star, and Carnival Cruise line. His Mediterranean work is inspired by Chef Jihad Al Chami, a renowned Lebanese Chef.
Signature Cocktails by Karl Fernandes draws inspiration from the rich and diverse flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, their unique cocktail experience highlights the distinctive notes of the region, offering a refreshing and delightful journey through classic Mediterranean flavors. Standout creations include the Pomona, a harmonious blend of gin, feta gin, Aperol, watermelon juice, and kokum syrup with a touch of feta cheese; Mr. Gebaly, featuring bourbon-infused apricot, Campari, and Rosso for a sophisticated tribute to Italian artistry; Shibint, combining gin, dill syrup, cucumber, and green apple juice with a hint of malic acid and soda; Alastor, a Greek tiki cocktail with walnut rum, Jagermeister, banana saccharum, honey, and lime juice; and Lapis Lazuli, a refreshing mix of rose wine, lychee juice, jasmine tea, and lime acid, capturing the coastal flavors of Greece.
