1.Massage using Mustard Oil

A home remedy for treating leg pain, mustard oil should be your go-to. For this, take few mustard seeds and soak them in camphor oil. Let this blend dissolve under sunlight and then massage your leg using this oil. Soon, your leg cramps will vanish!

2.Drink Saffron with Hot Water

Saffron water is a good way to get relief from leg pain. Take a teaspoon of saffron powder and add it to half a cup of boiling water. Strain and drink this solution. You’ll notice the pain going away.

3. Intake of Potassium and Magnesium 

The best way to treat your leg pain is to add potassium and magnesium rich food to your diet, like dark chocolate, avocado, fish, yoghurt, dates, raisins, plums, tomato and baked sweet potatoes. Deficiency in these two nutrients leads to leg ache, so opt for such nutritious foods.

4.Bathe in Epsom Salt 

Epsom salt baths are really great for relieving leg pain. This salt is rich in magnesium, a key nutrient need to reduce the pain. Just take half a cup of Epsom salt and add it to lukewarm water in a bathtub or bucket. Soak the swollen areas in for atleast 15 and you’ll feel better!
