Team India lost the third and final T20I match against Australia by 12 runs but won the 20-over series and lifted the trophy.
For the short format of the game, young bowler Natarajan Jayaprakash was added to the squad. Making his debut in the Indian team, he surprised everyone by his amazing spells in all the three matches. Natarajan took wickets in every match by giving away a few runs at a low run rate.
Post-match celebrations, Natarajan shared a series of pictures on Instagram, from the formal team picture to one with the boys posing with the T20 trophy. The man of the hour also posted a picture from the dressing room with skipper, Virat Kohli and man of the series, Hardik Pandya.
Calling the last few months as ‘surreal’, Natarajan Jayaprakash is super happy that India won the T20I series. A dream come true for the bowler, he is grateful for all the love he has received from fans as well as thankful for the support and encouragement by the ‘champion bunch’.
