The United States National Women’s Soccer League kickstarted on Saturday with North Carolina Courage beating the opposition, Portland Thorns FC by 2-1 in the Zions Bank Stadium of Herriman, Utah.
Due to ongoing pandemic hit, the much awaited match of the season took place behind the closed doors but the followers were not deterred by that, resulting in making the iconic match the most viewed game in the league’s history.
