On the road to recovery, Hardik Pandya is showing his hard work and grind in the gym following a back injury that has kept him away from cricket.
Since September 2019, the all-rounder has been on the sidelines. In fact, after playing the series against South Africa, Pandya underwent a surgery and since then, he’s trying to get back into the game.
Sharing a shirtless photo of himself on Instagram where he is flexing his gains, Hardik Pandya gave us a real quick glimpse of his transformation. Kick-starting his recovery phase, the cricketer gained weight from 68 kgs to 75 kgs.
Driving away the midweek blues and motivating us all the way, have a look at Pandya’s transformation:
Pandya has not only gone through a physical transformation, but he is getting back into the game. Playing for Reliance 1 at the DY Patil T20 Cup, Hardik hit 105 runs in just 39 balls. This unforgettable century included eight smashing boundaries and ten towering sixes that helped his team in the 20 over match.
Getting back into shape is a good sign and happy news for Hardik Pandya. The intense rehabilitation process to regain the full match-fitness is really doing well for him. Can’t wait to see his comeback in the Indian team!
