The head of the Royal House of United Kingdom, Queen Elizabeth II addressed the UK in a special broadcast recorded at Windsor Castle.
In the speech, the Queen thanked all the caretakers and people who are serving and performing the essential services during such hours of disruption and distress. The Royal Highness concluded her speech with a message of hope.
She said, “We should take comfort that while we may have more still to endure, better days will return: we will be with our friends again; we will be with our families again; we will meet again.”

Meanwhile in India, countrymen in the spirit of solidarity, lit candles to show their support to all the people who are battling against COVID-19.
