Wear long dresses that will look formal for an outdoor party. One can also go for halter, one-sided shoulder, off shoulder along with an embellished stole around to just feel warmer in the winter night. Layering looks nice with blingy sequins, bralets or halters teamed up with velvet, silk tops or jackets. Pencil skirts would definitely balance it out.
