Lisa Keightley is all set to train the International Women’s Cricket team of England after being appointed as the full-time head coach of the team by England and Wales Cricket Board on Wednesday.
The former right-handed cricket player of Australia would be the first full-time female coach and will fill in the position from next January.

Lisa is currently busy in Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL), domestic T20 competition of Australia, heading Perth Scorchers. She has also served as the head coach of England Women’s Academy between 2011 and 2015.
As soon Lisa takes her position next year, she will be prepping up the England Women’s team for the upcoming tri-series in Australia before the start of Women’s T20 World Cup 2020.
