Ahead of the big semi-final against Greece’s Stefanos Tsitsipas in the French Open, Novak Djokovic reached the clay court to sit in the stands and watch the wheelchair tennis players’ match. Witnessing the mixed doubles match, he was in awe of the players!
On Twitter, he shared videos of the match where he was cheering for the players. Truly admiring their spirits, Djokovic was inspired by their game play and how they battle on the tennis court. He questioned how they move so effortlessly around the court in their wheelchairs. Within seconds, with swift action, they turn and hit the ball. Such precision.
