In today’s world, where stress has become a worldwide phenomenon, our last resort is always good food but we usually end up munching on junk which brings more complications to our health.

Healthy food keeps your body and mind in a balanced state but usually lack the taste that we crave for. To satisfy your taste buds, yoga queen Shilpa Shetty, who brought the trend of dashboard flat abs and even at the age of 44 keeps inspiring us with her fitness regime, shared some of the recipes from her cookbook and we must say ‘Health Bhi, Taste Bhi’ mantra is followed accurately by the actress.

1. Mushroom Soup:

Learn how to make a healthy creamy mushroom soup filled with the goodness of thyme, garlic, butter and Vitamin D. With four different varieties of mushrooms, Shilpa’s simple mushroom soup recipe is the one you should definitely try.

4. Chocolate Avocado Pudding:

Shilpa gives a treat to our sweet tooth with her Chocolate Avocado Pudding, which will keep the weight gain fear at bay. The pudding also has nut butter, flavours of vanilla and cocoa. With no dairy products, it is a healthy dessert option for all the vegans.

5. Healthy Chivda:

To meet the needs of your munching gene while not worrying much about the weight, Shilpa shares her healthy snack recipe which needs almost no efforts.
