Not just Indians but other people around the world are also craving the famous snack samosa, a fried triangular pocket filled with potato and other spices. You’ll be surprised to know who recently made samosas at home and is definitely the least expected person.
Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison took matters in his own hands and made the Indian delicacy, samosas at home. Calling them ScoMosas, he shared drool worthy pictures of the evening snack on Twitter. Along with samosas, the PM prepared mango chutney from scratch as well. In the pictures shared by him, Morrison tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi and stated that they are vegetarian, and he hopes to share this savory with Modi.
Quickly PM Modi responded to Australian PM’s tweet and complemented Morrison’s samosa. He also added that Australia and India are connected by the Indian Ocean and united by the Indian Samosa. Along with it, Modi tweeted that after defeating coronavirus, both the leaders will enjoy the samosas together.
Have a look at Modi and Morrison’s tweets:
Connected by the Indian Ocean, united by the Indian Samosa!
Looks delicious, PM @ScottMorrisonMP!
Once we achieve a decisive victory against COVID-19, we will enjoy the Samosas together.
Looking forward to our video meet on the 4th. https://t.co/vbRLbVQuL1
