The Australian tour to England has ended with Aussies winning the three day ODI series with a 2-1 score, chasing the highest run of 303 at Old Trafford on the final day.
Thanks to the saviours, Glenn Maxwell and Alex Carrey who took the Kangaroos from the score of 74 runs with five wickets down to an incredible 305 in 49.4 overs.
Each of the Australian batsmen played extraordinarily well, hitting centuries and surpassing the record of highest sixth wicket partnership of Mike Hussey and Brad Haddin held against West Indies since the year 2006.
How good were these two?! 😍
Centuries to Glenn Maxwell and Alex Carey helped us chase down a record total in Manchester, and seal the ODI series! #ENGvAUS pic.twitter.com/ZzghV6gh5j

England vs Australia was also the last battle of the English team for this season and it is the first time since 2015 that England has lost a one day series on their home ground. It also marks the first series that the country has lost in the entire season after beating West Indies, Pakistan, Ireland and even Australia in a T20 tournament.
Australia win a brilliant game of cricket to take the series.
