To raise funds for animals affected by the lockdown due to the global outbreak of coronavirus, Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has decided to auction off his closet.
Fans can choose from sunglasses and caps to shoes and T-shirts, the money from this will be used for the food and water for hungry strays. He has voluntarily come forward and supports them, being the voice of the voiceless.
Working with many organizations, Arjun shared a video on Instagram to announce the work he is doing for such a noble cause. He stated that there has been a staggering increase in animals starving on streets because their usual sources of food, like street stalls and restaurants are shut down. With the efforts of an NGO called ‘World For All’, the actor is hosting an online fundraiser for a few of his clothing pieces.

Recently, Arjun also helped raising funds for the families of 300 daily wage earners by going on a virtual date that happened through his sister Anshula Kapoor’s online fundraising platform, ‘Fankind’. He has also pledged to the PM CARES Fund, Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, GiveIndia, The Wishing Factory and Federation of Western India Cine Employees.
