Yash Raj Films has dropped the trailer of their much-talked movie today. Hritik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer film ‘War’. Since the time of its announcement, the movie has already created a huge buzz in the Bollywood Industry and fans are obviously going crazy over it.
The two minute twenty-five seconds trailer has all the elements that an action movie should have. Cars, guns, fighter planes, secret agencies and two perfectly built, good looking hunks, fighting against each other.
The video clip opens with Hrithik’s action scene shot in a beautiful snow-covered mountain region, where he jumps out of an airplane to land on another one. Then the trailer takes us back to India where Colonel Luthra is being questioned by the higher authority. Ashutosh Rana as Colonel Luthra looks daunting and a firm believer that Kabir played by Hrithik Roshan has gone rouge and the agency needs to kill him.
To catch a thief you set a thief and in the same way the agency finds a perfect man to catch the best one. Then enters Khalid played by Tiger Shroff, smashing down the whole wall in a war zone, who was apparently trained by Kabir himself (inspiration drawn from real life). Khalid has all the traits of Kabir, who is determined to bring his rouge master down by cracking his future moves.
The whole trailer has breathtaking views as shot in several different countries with Vaani Kapoor who is a dancer and is seen romancing Kabir, other than that all we can see is her walking in different outfits with the same expression (quite affected by Lakme Fashion Week). The trailer is full of intense one liners between the two actors which is quite expected, packed with usual fight sequels of flying kicks (again expected if Tiger Shroff is there).
The trailer spins the same old story of the best man going against the nation and the agency trying to put him down. The only intriguing factor is why exactly has Kabir gone rogue or is there any bigger motive hidden under his plan.
Siddharth Anand directorial ‘War’ is an action packed thriller movie set to release on 2 October, bringing the dream pair of the audience together on the screen.
