Former wrestling champion and Hollywood actor, Dwayne Johnson has announced that he along with his wife Lauren and two daughters, Tia and Jazzy had contracted COVID-19, despite being disciplined about their health.
On Instagram, Dwayne Johnson posted a video to update his fans about his condition and the precautions one should take to fight the deadly virus. The actor described the test results as a ‘kick in the gut’ and also assured that everyone’s feeling much better now.
Calling this one of the most challenging and difficult things they have endured as a family, The Rock stated that his number one is to always protect his family. He mentioned that the source of the virus contraction might have been of their very close family friends.
The Rock signed off the video stating one should wear the mask, it’s a fact and the right thing to do. He captioned the post with few tips to fight coronavirus, it goes as, “My message to all of you around the world. Stay disciplined. Boost your immune system. Commit to wellness. Wear your mask. Protect your family. Be strict about having people over your house or gatherings. Stay positive and care for your fellow human beings.”
