Anthony Joshua is a World Champion again!
Yes! You heard it right.
After his loss of the world title of Heavyweight Boxing Championship to Andy Ruiz Jr., which was quite shocking to everyone, in the month of June, Joshua stuck with his old game plan of using his body length to keep Andy’s bouts at the bay and showed the world who’s the boss!
Joshua’s victory feat not only made him World Champion twice but also brought a unanimous decision from the judges with a score of 119-109, 118-110 and 118-110.
The match for the World Championship title in the Heavyweight Category of World Boxing Association was held at Diriyah Arena, Diriyah, Saudi Arabia where Anthony registered his 23 wins. As Anthony’s graph has moved up with 21 victories via knockout and just one loss, the Mexican fighter’s record went down with two losses.
