Blah Santacruz’s experiential 12-seater private dining room (PDR) offers an exclusive menu paired with lively background music. Discover the tangy 1963 Nike Apache, inspired by India’s first rocket launch, or the bittersweet Camarena, celebrating the inventor of color television. The fruity Speed Dating / Sapa Love, with gin and lychee pickle brine, draws from Vietnam’s love markets, while No I.D. mixes Irish whiskey and muskmelon, inspired by Queen Elizabeth II’s travels. For a bold sip, try Casa Botín, a tequila-based tribute to Spain’s oldest restaurant.
Dimi Lezinska expressed, “The menu is a journey around the world, featuring cocktails rooted in cultural and historic influences while staying true to Blah’s unique vibe. From the bittersweet La Neta of Mexico to the funky Chakma celebrating Bangladesh, and the umami-rich Kushi Sabishi from Japan, each drink reflects the essence of its origins”.
“Blah is about celebrating and connecting in a bold, beautiful, and playful space,” says Niketa P Sharma. “With this new location, we’ve elevated ourselves—be it through the cocktail program, creative plating, or Instagrammable interiors. We’re here to bring a fresh, sassy, and exciting vibe to Santacruz, offering an experience that’s truly unforgettable.”
Step into the two-storey Blah Santacruz designed by Keith Menon, Co-Founder of Spiro Spero through a grand keyhole entryway leading you to a vibrant bar illuminated by glass chandeliers that shimmer above intricate mosaic floors. The ground floor has a variety of intimate zones, each offering unique perspectives. A bakery leads you to a hidden gem—a soon to be opened private dining room (PDR)—secluded behind a secret door, perfect for exclusive gatherings within the restaurant’s grand ambiance.
Take the staircase adorned with bold, artistic frames, and ascend to the Herbarium on the second floor. This glass-door space features disco balls spinning under mirrored ceilings, casting light across the lush greenery. Flamingos parade across terrazzo floors. Here each diner is invited to test their luck at the Wine Wall, where angel and devil doors lead to surprises—one, an indulgence of a free glass of wine, and the other, well, a reminder to enjoy the moment.
