Ditch Lehengas and Sarees and swirl around in comfy Shararas just like the Bollywood Divas.
A definite head-turner, Shararas will make you stand out in a crowd of ethnic attires while giving inspiration to many for their wardrobe update.
Here are some styles that we loved:
1. Ananya Panday:
Ananya Panday is swiftly becoming a fashionista of Bollywood with her styling choices. Recently, the actress attended the wedding of a close friend and with all her girls, Ananya gleefully posed in a light green sharara dress with intricate zardozi work on it. A lightly worked sheer dupatta of the same shade, Ananya looked beautiful in her dress. Going for unusual and not opting for heavy makeup in a marriage ceremony, Ananya pulled off a natural makeup look while accessorizing her dress with a small stone embedded maang tika.
2. Sara Ali Khan:
Can you expect a Manish Malhotra’s creation not being on our ethnic wear list? This time embodied by the new-gen royal kid Sara Ali Khan for the promotions of her movie ‘Love Aaj Kal’, giving us a very elegant vibe. Clad in ivory coloured Sharara with gold embroidered motifs on it and a green and pink border, Sara paired her sharara with a short sleeveless kurta of thread work on it. Combining it with a sheer heavy worked dupatta, Sara looked poised and fresh in her attire. With pink bangles, light pink eyeshadow and natural makeup, Sara pulled off the Sharara during the daytime pretty well.
3. Athiya Shetty:
Blush pink colour never goes out of style and Athiya Shetty, hence, again proves it. The queen of pastel shades, Athiya was captured flaunting a Chikankari and Mukaish worked sharara dress from the collection of Anjul Bhandari. Looking ethereal, the lady opted for a hair bun adorned with white gajra and gold Kundan jewellery pieces. Going light on her makeup, Athiya looked bright in her traditional wear.
