It’s a wrap for Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Jersey’, that too during the COVID times!
The actor, elated with this achievement, took to his Instagram account to write a big note where he showed gratitude to the entire cast and crew who put their hearts out to make it happen. He also stated: “I am so proud of the entire team. It’s nothing short of a miracle. I want to thank each and every one from the unit for coming to set every day, putting themselves at risk and doing what we all love doing.”
In his long note which Shahid posted along with a picture of himself, he also talked about his experience of the filming of ‘Jersey’. Giving it a philosophical touch, the actor wrote, “Telling stories that touch hearts and make a difference. Jersey is a story that speaks of a Phoenix rising from the ashes. The triumph of an indomitable spirit. If there was ever a time I could connect with the underlying spirit of a film this was it.” and ended his scribble on a hopeful note of coming out of Corona times soon.
