Bangkok, Thailand – Restaurant Gaa announces the launch of its exciting new “Uncorked Weekends”, a fun pop-up dining experience that brings together chefs from around the world to churn up authentic Indian flavours alongside open access to the Gaa cellar and generous deals on more than 300+ exclusive wines.
The first event will take place on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 12:00PM onwards at Gaa, featuring the exceptional talents of Chef Mischa Tropp of the acclaimed TODDY SHOP in Melbourne. The menu promises to transport diners to the spice-rich coastlines of Southern India. Signature dishes include the restaurant’s famous Fish Fry, traditional Ghee Masala Dosa, and the delicate Sevai Payasam for dessert. The meal can be enjoyed with a specially curated wine flight for THB 1,900++.
The wine experience takes center stage in this fun brunch, where “uncorking” represents both the literal opening of exceptional bottles and the unveiling of India’s diverse culinary treasures. The exclusive wine cellar access allows guests to explore Gaa’s thoughtfully curated collection, featuring both international selections and unique bottles, with 20% off all bottles.
The series represents Gaa’s commitment to culinary excellence and cultural celebration, offering Bangkok’s dining community an opportunity to explore authentic Indian flavors in an elevated setting. Each event will feature different chefs and regional cuisines, making every lunch a unique cultural exploration.
