Since the beginning of this season of Formula One race, three faces were seen constantly on the top position with Lewis Hamilton registering back to back wins, inching closer to the record of Michael Schumacher.
As the 70 anniversary of the Grand Prix was celebrated at the Silverstone, United Kingdom, ending the domination of Mercedes in the Formula One, Max Verstappen of Red Bull left his counterparts far behind clinching the championship title.
Lewis Hamilton, the six time world champion acquired the second position overcoming his Mercedes partner Valtteri Bottas, who recently renewed his deal with Mercedes for another season, and equalled his podium position to the legendary driver Michael Schumacher.
