If you are looking for a peppy dance number to show off those belly dance moves then this new song from Rajkummar Rao and Mouni Roy starrer ‘Made in China’, is the one for you. A remake of 90’s Arabic song ‘Naari Naari’, the song has all the essence of the middle east with Bollywood lyrics.
The song starts with Rajkummar’s character Raghu Mehta gone missing while media and public looking out for him creating huge chaos. The music kicks in when someone from the crowd asks Raghu the secret of ‘Tiger soup’ and the very next moment the video goes to a disco set up with Mouni Roy resting inside a soup bowl. As the song progresses we see the hot and sizzling side of Mouni with Rajkummar’s dance steps perfectly in sync with the music.
Throughout the music, the whole focus stays on ‘Tiger soup’ with Mouni bathing in it.
With Vishal Dadlani and Jonita Gandhi, this remake of Arabic song is trying to leave its effect on the audience but misses the drum beats of the original song which actually lingers on the ear for a longer time.
