The concept stems from a remarkable find: Kojak’s original leather notebook, filled with cryptic sketches, fragmented thoughts, and experimental cocktail formulas. This artefact became the soul of the brand, shaping its imagination and defining the essence of its identity. KOJAK brings this notebook to life through a narrative-led approach that blends mystery with modern mixology, offering a bar experience that feels intimate, immersive, and artistically charged. It speaks to a new generation of guests who crave creativity as much as craft, and who are drawn to spaces that offer meaning beyond aesthetics.

Darkness and light play in perfect balance, textures reveal coded hints, and sculpted glows guide you from one mood to another. One moment it’s moody, seductive, and intimate; the next, it opens up into a breezy alfresco escape that feels almost unexpected. KOJAK’s biggest surprise lies behind the bar, the enigmatic Cocktail Lab, where Head Mixologist Ratan Upadhyay brings the man’s legend to life with techniques that feel almost alchemical. Everything here is a story disguised as a drink: clarifications that reveal truths, fat-washed spirits that hold secrets, distillations that whisper old memories. The menu reads like Kojak’s own diary like Page 17 resurfacing with its coded recipe, Tangier Heat pulsing with the energy of the night he disappeared, Velvet Code unlocking the doors of an underground Paris club, and The Fifth Secret hinting at the philosophy that defined him. With every cocktail, the plot thickens—inviting guests to taste, decode, and uncover the myth one sip at a time.
Complementing the mixology program is KOJAK’s culinary direction, crafted by Culinary Director Suheb Chawdhary with the same spirit of intrigue and invention. Guests can expect highlights such as the Tuna Tartare, elevated with avocado cream, gochujang, hoisin, and crisp cucumber; the Turkish Lamb Kebab, served with Garlic yoghurt and roasted peppers; the Roasted Pepper Coulis with Charred Zucchini, layered with parmesan dill cream and Mediterranean warmth; the indulgent Butter Chicken Gnocchi, where Italian comfort meets Indian nostalgia in a velvety, slow-cooked sauce with Garlic bread; and the Togarashi Crusted Sea bass, paired with grilled asparagus, tobiko, and a delicate lemon cream. Each dish is designed to complement the cocktail-led experience, blending unexpected textures, expressive flavours, and modern techniques ensuring that the food remains as thoughtfully curated and narrative-driven as the drinks themselves.

Their vision is brought to life by Founding Partner & COO Khalid Ansari, with the narrative sensibility shaped in collaboration with The Alkemist Project.
