After taking active participation in some hilarious challenges throughout the year, celebrities are taking initiative on a serious challenge named, ‘One Bucket Challenge’ based on the severe ongoing water crisis in the country. The challenge is to survive in just one bucket of water throughout the day on 21 July.
The popular Tamil actress, Samantha Akkineni took a step ahead by joining the challenge and influencing her fans to join her by- taking no long showers, no washing vehicles and using just a bucket of water for the entire day. Sharing the picture of a tap with a drop of water that says, “Hyderabad is running dry”, she tweets, “Who’s with me? This Sunday… One bucket challenge… (with pictures) … no long showers, no washing vehicles, no leaving the tap on while you wash your face…… I will post a pic of my bright blue bucket as well (no cheating) #everydropcounts”.
