Saurabh Aggarwal, Founder of Fitso and a longtime advocate of hybrid fitness, sees HYROX as a turning point for the Indian fitness ecosystem.
“HYROX is going to reshape fitness in India by giving both strength and endurance athletes a shared platform. Runners already had races, but gym-goers and strength-focused individuals lacked structured competition. Now they have real goals to train for. It encourages balance with endurance athletes adding strength, and vice versa. Seeing such a massive, fit community come together in one space was powerful. This kind of exposure will inspire many and create a stronger, more united fitness culture,” Saurabh stated.
