The Netflix adaptation of Man Booker Prize winner Aravind Adiga’s creation ‘The White Tiger’ is coming soon to the streaming giant.
Studded with global star Priyanka Chopra and Rajkummar Rao, ‘The White Tiger’ shooting began last year and now PC has unveiled the pictures from the sets of the movie on her social media account along with detailed stories about the making of the film.
Calling out the new talent of the entertainment industry Adarsh Gourav for his brilliant acting in the lead role and prolific name Rajkummar Rao, PC wrote, “The film is powerful. It will make you uncomfortable, and most importantly it will entertain you.
Coming soon to Netflix globally. ” along with the first look of the movie.
Priyanka also praised the filmmaker Ramin Bahrani for creating the masterpiece and felt grateful to be a part of it as a supporting actor and Executive Producer. In a long note, the global star oozed her heart out and wrote, “It was my pleasure to be directed by him. It was amazing to see Mukul Deora and his team at #LavaMedia and Netflix come together to create such a seamless experience.” calling it an honour to work with such brilliant minds of art genre.
And it seems, PC is totally head over heels in love with her new endeavour as she engaged with her online family by giving a glimpse of the character Pinky Madam which she will be portraying in the movie. She also wrote, “This is a story that needs to be told and it comes alive with its characters so compellingly in Ramin’s hands.” while concluding the series of the posts on her Insta-handle about the Netflix’s new release.
