While we already got to know some details about the wedding yesterday, reports have now revealed another appealing detail from the traditional Konkani ceremony. And also, the actors are now going to get married as per Sindhi traditions today. Since the theme of this wedding is different, the decor of the wedding will be changing too. EXCITED?
Deepika’s bridal entry was extraordinary. The bride walked up to the mandapa to Shubha Mudgal lilting beautiful songs live. Sounds perfect!
The bride and groom wore Sabyasachi outfits where DP looked every bit an elegant traditional Indian bride in a gold ensemble while Ranveer donned a white kurta and dhoti for the occasion. Owing to the Konkani rituals and traditions, the guests too were dressed in traditional South-Indian outfits.

The reports also revealed the details about the food that was there on the menu at the DeepVeer wedding. The guests were served real Konkani Mangalorean cuisine like Pooran Poli, Rassam and the likes on a banana leaf.
Reports around the celebrations suggest that the average cost of the rooms at the villa they’re holding the functions is 400 Euros (Rs.33, 000) on an average. According to a report, the couple maybe approximately spending a huge Rs 24,75,000 per day, which makes it Rs 1,73,25,000 for a week. The property is booked till 17th of November. Well, if you want a dream wedding, you’ve got to spend I guess!
The theme for today’s wedding (Sindhi wedding) is going to be red. Reportedly, florists had flown to Italy for the wedding and they have been told to recreate the decor according to the theme of today.
