These days Bollywood Shahenshah, Amitabh Bachchan is busy pulling out old pictures from his albums and sharing them online with his fans and followers with anecdotes.
Mr Bachchan, recently, shared an age-old picture from his first magazine shoot after entering the film industry in 1969. In the picture, Big B can be seen clad in a green kurta, posing for a film magazine ‘Star & Style’.
Along with a memorable photo, Big B wrote a small note on one of the most fearless and famed journalist of that time, Devyani Chaubal that reads: “obviously there was no ‘star’ or ‘style’ in the project .. but Devyani thought so .. a strong minded lady , ever dressed in a shining white sari .. always !!!”
Big B also shared a still from the set of ‘Naseeb’ movie where Rishi Kapoor can be seen dressed as Charlie Chaplin with Big B in matador avatar.
Reminiscing about the golden days, Big B gave the details about the shoot with the monochrome picture by writing, “in the days of yore .. shooting for the song ‘rang jamaake.. ‘ for film NASEEB for ManMohanDesai , the crazy genius .. on a revolving set restaurant built at Chandivili Studios .. Chintu as Chaplin , moi as a matador .. song action scenes all on this set .. action on the restaurant on fire .. what times ..”
