Bangalore boy, Mayank Agarwal, has flown to join the Indian Cricket team in Birmingham, on their today’s match against Bangladesh. The opportunity opened its door to him, when during a training session, Vijay Shankar, injured his toe and was declared unfit for further matches. The Indian team management wants a suitable top class player, and there is no one better than Mayank.
Mayank has played for India against Australia, making his test debut, but never played an ODI. He proved himself by showcasing brilliant sweep shots, and scoring 195 runs in two matches, against the Australian team. Take a look:
