It’s a baby girl for Andre Russell!
The great West Indies all-rounder Andre Russell is expecting his first child with wife Jassym Lora to whom he got hitched in the year 2016. Taking the news to his official Instagram handle Andre made the announcement for his friends and family in a unique style.
We all know, the Indies player is the biggest hitter of the cricket ball and is known for his all-rounder performance. In a video, the Jamaican player revealed the gender of the baby keeping his cricketer trait in focus. He was seen holding a bat while his wife throws a ball at him. Before the revelation, his family and friends were seen guessing whether it’s going to be a boy, a girl or twins. When the cricketer hits the ball, pink coloured gas bursts out of it with white and pink confetti flying around.
Along with the cute video, Andre wrote, “So it’s #GIRL😁😁😁 another blessing in my life it didn’t matter if it was a girl or a boy, all am asking God for is a healthy baby #babyrussell @partyblasterspro”.

Soon the congratulatory messages for the couple started pouring in. Cricket Boss Chris Gayle also took a moment to ask about his invitation while congratulating the couple.
Other teammates of the Andre also sent their greetings to the couple and wished the mother a healthy pregnancy.
Later, Andre also posted a picture where we can see the couple twinning in white which the player captioned as “new blessings”.
