Gauri Khan’s design ingeniously balances the indoor and outdoor spaces found at Torii, creating a seamless fluidity that enhances the overall dining experience. Her distinctive design aesthetic shines through in the restaurant’s color palette.
Torii’s exciting new menu is crafted by Chef Stefan Gadit, offering dishes influenced by his Canadian roots, Indian-Jewish heritage, and thoroughly global approach to cuisine. Chef Gadit and his team take diners on a culinary adventure, treating taste buds to an array of flavours.

YAKINIKU LOBSTER
Grilled lobster with herbed seaweed butter served with charred italian lemon.
SPICY SALMON ROLL
Salmon marinated with spicy mayo,hot sauce,den miso,soy sauce,sesame oil rolled and topped with chopped salmon with black tempura and jalapenos ring garnish with chives
TRUFFLE MUSHROOM RAMEN
Assorted mushroom,noodles,bamboo shoot,edamame,corn, chilli bomb,mushroom broth finished with spring onion oil,truffle oil,black garlic oil garnish with spring onion & sesame seed
CHARRED BROCCOLI
Charred broccoli with lemon tahini sauce garnished with furikake.
