After contributing towards the PM-CARES Fund and Maharashtra CM’s Relief Fund to help fight the pandemic, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn is requesting COVID-19 survivors to come out and help the government. The actor is not only working towards creating awareness about the novel coronavirus but also collecting money for the relief work.
Through tweets, Ajay Devgn is urging recovered patients of coronavirus to donate blood to save other people’s lives. He is encouraging his fans to step forward and help those in the need of the hour. Along with it, he included a list of people who the COVID-19 survivors can contact and a web link too.
The actor shared a poster about plasma and blood donation. A COVID-19 survivor has antibodies in their blood that can fight against the virus. If they donate blood, their plasma can be used to save lives of people who are still affected by the novel coronavirus. Only after four weeks of full recovery, they can donate but in case any of them have a negative swab, the COVID-19 warrior can donate beforehand itself.
