This was arguably the biggest test for the Chelsea youngsters as they faced the German giants FC Bayern Munich who are in full form and well, Robert Lewandowski is leading their charge. Although Chelsea lacked experience, their players’ talents made up for it on field. With too many flaws in their defense, Chelsea’s A-game card was to attack but that also didn’t work well for them against FC Bayern Munich who stole the match, 3-0.
In the match between Barcelona and Napoli, the teams had to settle for a neck cracking draw, 1-1 each. Dries Mertens tied Napoli’s all-time scoring record by curling a goal in the first half. Antoine Griezmann equalized for Barcelona towards the end minute of the game. With high expectations from Barcelona’s Messi, the forward player did not do much to save the match. Well played mates!
