ISRO started the year with some great news and announcements. The Indian Scientific Research Organisation Chief Dr K Sivan announced in press meet in Bengaluru that the year is going to be the year when Indians will be stepping their first foot on the moon. The Chief announced that four astronauts have been selected for Indian’s first manned moon mission, Gaganyaan.
Dr K Sivan said that the astronauts will further go extensive training. He also talked about the achievements of ISRO last year and said that Chandrayaan-3 has been approved by the government its realisation activities are in progress.
