Bollywood’s renowned choreographer, who is known to deliver iconic songs and received National Awards thrice in her career span of 40 years, Saroj Khan aka Master Ji is no more.
The 71-year-old choreographer was going through several health issues for the past few days and was admitted in the Guru Nanak Hospital, Bandra, Mumbai. The news of her demise due to cardiac arrest came early in the morning today and soon condolences started pouring on the social media.
Sharing the sad news to the world and calling her demise to be a huge loss to the industry, actor Akshay Kumar reminisced about her dance teaching skills by stating, “Woke up to the sad news that legendary choreographer #SarojKhan ji is no more. She made dance look easy almost like anybody can dance, a huge loss for the industry. May her soul rest in peace”.

The grave news of the death of another legend made the entire nation sad and actress Madhuri Dixit, who always praised Saroj Khan and collaborated with her in most of the movies shared a heartfelt note by writing, “I’m devastated by the loss of my friend and guru, Saroj Khan. Will always be grateful for her work in helping me reach my full potential in dance. The world has lost an amazingly talented person. I will miss you” along with praying for the family.
