In honor of Pride Month, Fossil is proud to launch its all-new limited-edition Pride collection. Designed to celebrate the spirit of love, equality and the very essence of individuality, this collection will benefit The Trevor Project — the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ young people.
This year, our Pride watch will benefit The Trevor Project through the end of June. This contribution will directly work to advance important dialogues about allyship, mental health, and suicide prevention to drive broader impact and ensure no LGBTQ+ young person ever feels hopeless.
“As we honor and celebrate love across all spectrums, Pride month is also an opportunity to spread awareness and bolster social acceptance. Through our association with The Trevor Project, we unleash the power of youth and give them the tools to create a lasting change for themselves,” says Johnson Verghese, Managing Director, Fossil Group India. “We at Fossil are delighted in having successfully translated this message into an update to one of our most timeless watch designs for our customers to wear it with Pride.”
The latest iteration of Fossil’s Pride Month collection features Fossil’s best-selling Minimalist 40mm watch case, reimagined as a limited-edition with rainbow flag-inspired indexes, and an assortment of ten vibrant straps so all can wear their pride in their own way. Inspired by how colors provide a unique form of self-expression, the strap collection includes iconic solid color options as well as two reversible colorways featuring the colors of the transgender flag and rainbow flag. The Pride watch case is available as a limited edition featuring a specialty etched case back retailing for INR 5,495 on fossil.com and with select outlets. In addition, each strap retailing for INR 1,495 is available separately.
“The ability to represent one’s Pride through what they wear can be empowering – especially when it can be worn daily and year-round, not just for the month of June,” says Sofi Goode, Senior Corporate Development Associate at The Trevor Project. “Fossil’s generous support will help The Trevor Project continue providing free, 24/7 crisis services to LGBTQ youth, while also working to protect LGBTQ young people through research, education, advocacy, and more.”
