Appetizers kick off with inventive bites like Tomato Chilli Arancini Balls, marrying Italian risotto balls with Indian heat, and Mutton Chapli Kebab, a Peshawari-style patty that’s crispy and spiced just right for Mumbai’s kebab aficionados.
