Directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar, Brahmastra is an upcoming film starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. The film will also feature Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in key roles. The shooting for the film had already begun. Earlier, the couple had been shooting in London and now after wrapping their schedule there, the couple was seen heading towards Varanasi to shoot some parts of their movie there. Alia Bhatt will also be seen in an upcoming sequel movie, Sadak 2 under the direction of her father Mahesh Bhatt. The film will also star Pooja Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur in lead roles. While Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen in Karan Malhotra’s 2020 film Shamshera opposite Vaani Kapoor.
