One of the biggest and richest weddings of India- Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal kick started on 7th December in the city of lakes- Udaipur. They employed several chartered planes to transport the celebrities to the city, who had luxury sedans waiting for them upon their arrival, quite a royal welcome eh?
After the maha Aarti on the banks of Lake Pichola, the Ambanis-Piramals kicked off the wedding with Sangeet function at the Oberoi Udaivilas hotel. While the bride was spotted twinning with her father Mukesh Ambani in pink, the groom opted for a beige sherwani.

The mother of the bride, Nita Ambani, dedicated a dance performance to the couple while Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, Deepika Padukone, Karan Johar, Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan performed for the star-studded sangeet night. The actors grooved to their hit numbers while Hillary too shook a leg with the likes of Shah Rukh and Amir Khan.
But the biggest and power packed performance came to the limelight when queen B sang the night away, yes you hear us right Beyonce, in a red and gold slit gown, dedicated several romantic tracks to the couple. The bride and groom’s family closed the night with a special performance on Kal Ho Na Ho’s track ‘Gujju’, being the true Gujaratis that they are.
The 27-year-old Reliance heiress and 33-year-old Piramal scion will tie the knot at Antilia the Ambani residence this Wednesday. We can’t wait to witness another big-fat Indian wedding!
