Special Wishes For Jaya Bachchan

Special birthday wishes are pouring in for the legendary actress Jaya Bachchan on her 72 birthday.

Though she is stuck in Delhi due to nationwide lockdown, hubby Amitabh Bachchan has thanked all her fans and well-wishers for their love on her behalf by posting a small note on his official Twitter handle.

T 3496 – To them that have wished Jaya on her birthday today, my gratitude and love .. thank you for remembering her .. it will be impossible to respond to each of you individually , hence this .. love ..

On this special occasion, her daughter Shweta Bachchan gave her mom a sweet surprise by pulling out an old picture where we can see Jaya Bachchan clad in maroon saree with Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta sitting right beside her.

Shweta shared the photo on her social media account and wrote a sweet note by borrowing the lines from E E Cummings poem ‘I Carry Your Heart With Me’.

Junior Bachchan also wrote a heartfelt message for his mom that reads: “As every child will tell you, their favourite word is… MA!
