A pro at winning hearts, Ayushmann Khurrana delivered a powerful speech on a very important and ignorant topic that has made everyone love the actor even more.

For the upcoming International Men’s Day, the actor shared a three minute video titled ‘What makes a true gentleman’ on his Instagram. Dressed in casuals with a blazer and well groomed hair, the actor spoke about what makes one a true gentleman where he debunked societal norms and stereotypes about masculinity.

Starting with how society perceives a man: he is macho, saves girls, isn’t weak and never sheds a tear. The Khurrana spoke about himself by stating real life examples like he can cook but cannot knot a tie. He states that the best quality of a man is being true to himself and also showed his support for the LGBT community.

He talks about how a man can also be scared and be victims of sexual harassment. Just like others, they also have a heart that feels pain which is forgotten and ignored by the society. Being a father, he tells his children the difference between a boy and a girl but not to differentiate between the two.

Ending it on a special message that touched our hearts, Ayushmann said that whether one sleeps on a carpet or walks the red carpet, he’ll be the most powerful as long as a gentleman lives within him.
