The Boxing Test is going on and players are definitely in attacking mode!

Every player is leaving on stone unturned in the long formatted game. Adding more fifties and century to their records, each batsman is showing a different side to their batting.

Take a look at how the cricketers have helped their respective teams to get the Test match in their side:

See, the unmissable performances of the Fab Four:

1. Travis Head

Bring up his second Test century, the Australian player hit this score right on the face of the critics. Travis smashed 12 boundaries against New Zealand in the Boxing Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Letting out a scream on reaching the century, he is the first Australian to score a ton after coming up at the sixth position to bat. The 26 year-old helped the Australian team to score 467 in the match.

A great innings indeed!

2. Tim Paine

If there’s someone who can show what can be done with the bat, it is Australian player Tim Paine. Lauded as a brilliant wicketkeeper and an outstanding skipper, his batting is often questioned but in the Boxing Test against New Zealand, he showed everyone that he is here to stay. Tim blazed his way past as he scored a half century, making it his best ever innings as Australia’s captain.

A stellar half-ton for sure!

3. Quinton De Kock

Hitting a super-fast fifty for South Africa, De Kock added another half-ton to his cap. With an unbroken partnership with his teammate and debutant Dwaine Pretorious, the South African player was unstoppable. He hit the half-century against England in the Boxing Day Test at the Super Sports Park in Centurion, South Africa. Helping his team achieve a good score, Quinton only hit boundaries and sixers including a few out of the ground.

A quick fire fifty!

4. Marnus Labuschagne

Refusing to stop marching forward, Marnus Labuschagne hit his career’s seventh half-century against New Zealand in the Boxing Test. The Australian cricketer is continuing his rampage in the longer format of the game. He was taken in the team as a replacement for Steve Smith during the Ashes but he has piled up in the ICC rankings. Switching to attack mode, Marnus did not show mercy to any bowler.

A dangerous fifty!
