Shawn Mendes, the pop sensation, other than for his incredible songs, is also known for charity works. To take his philanthropist moves further, Shawn launched his own foundation ‘The Shawn Mendes Foundation’ with a mantra of ‘Inspire, Empower and Act’. The foundation is aimed to work for the youth generation to bring about a change in the future. It will help in empowering the youngsters by giving a voice to their work. Moreover, the foundation also aims to work in other areas like children healthcare, mental health, anti bullying issues, human rights, education and sustainable developments. Sharing the news of the launch of foundation, Shawn took it to his Instagram, posting a long message, writing, “For a long time, I’ve wanted to find a way to amplify the causes that my fans care deeply about, and to further help them make their voices heard. Our generation has the power to change the future of our planet, and to help carry that change forward for so many generations to follow.
