Akshay Kumar And Katrina Kaif To Recreate The Magic Of “Tip Tip Barsa Pani”?

After long nine years, Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif are all set to come together for Rohit Shetty’s upcoming adventure film titled Sooryavanshi. Recently, Katrina Kaif took to her Instagram handle sharing a black and white picture with Akshay Kumar from the sets of Sooryavanshi where the duo are seen covering their heads from towel after their shoot in rain which left their fans to assume that the actors are shooting for the recreation of the iconic song from the film Mohra titled Tip Tip Barsa Pani which starred Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon. Katrina Kaif captioned the picture as ‘Singing in the rain #sooryavanshi @akshaykumar @itsrohitshetty @farahkhankunder’.

Few days before, Akshay Kumar also dropped a hint on his Instagram handle saying, ‘I would’ve definitely been disappointed if any other actor would’ve recreated #TipTipBarsaPaani, a song which has been synonymous with me & my career and I can’t thank Ratan Jain Ji enough. At times like these you realize, we may have come a long way but we also go back a long way.’

Directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Karan Johar, Sooryavanshi will also feature Ranveer Singh, Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn in pivotal roles. Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif have done many films together before like Singh Is King, Blue, Namastey London, Tees Maar Khan, Welcome, De Dana Dan etc., and now the are back once again with the same sizzling chemistry between them.
