English cricket team has a busy schedule for 2021, and will play Sri Lanka, Pakistan and India.

After the ICC World Test Championship final set to take place in June 2021, England’s home summer will begin. The team will first play a three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka, starting on 29 June 2021. Next up, the English squad will play against Pakistan for a three-match ODI series followed by a three-match T20I series which starts on 4 July 2021. Finally, England has a five Test series scheduled against India from 4 August 2021 onwards.

Meanwhile, women’s cricket has some exciting news, all set to make its debut at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games. An opportunity of growth for women’s cricket!

For the qualification, it grants the host team England a spot directly while the six other highest ranked ICC Members in the T20I Rankings for Women will qualify directly for the eight-team tournament. For the last spot, a qualifier will be held.
