Bobby Deol is making an entry in the digital platform, this time on Netflix with ‘Class of 83’. The trailer of this original movie is out.
The story is set in 1980’s where Bobby Deol plays the role of Vijay Singh, a heroic former policeman who has been re-assigned as an instructor at the Nashik police academy. He decides to put together a secret squad of officers who have the freedom to encounter gangsters without any restrictions. Vijay’s mission is to kill five members of a crime ring who are extremely dangerous to Bombay.
Adapted from Hussain Zaidi’s ‘Class of 83: The Punishers of Mumbai Police’, this film is inspired by the true story of the officers of the law. This upcoming police drama film also features Annup Sonii, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Joy Sengupta and Bhupendra Jadawat in pivotal roles.
Directed by Atul Sabharwal and produced under Shah Rukh Khan’s production house Red Chillies Entertainment, ‘Class of 83’ will start streaming on Netflix from 21 August.
