Straight from the northernmost tip of India, Kaladi Kulcha is a street delicacy enjoyed mostly in Jammu and Kashmir. This delectable food item is prepared using the ripened cheese, Kaladi, which is indigenously produced in Jammu. 4. Punugulu:
